1. Cleansing & Exfoliating – Cleanse your face thoroughly. Exfoliate 1–2 times per week to support sebum control and enhance absorption.
2. Apply ALA Mask – Place the ALA 13% Mask onto clean skin and leave it on for 15–25 minutes, then remove.
3. Light Therapy – Follow immediately with OMEGA Light PDT (Blue wavelength) for 20–30 minutes of irradiation.
4. Post-care – Complete the treatment with sunscreen to protect and maintain results.
