Any products that a customer mis-orders will be accepted as a return within 1 month of the order. The account is responsible for all return shipping fees, and there will be a 20% restocking fee for each return. All returned products must be received unopened and in re-sellable condition. Within Canada: Regular ground shipping is free for orders over $500. A $20 shipping and handling fee applies to orders under $500.
International Orders: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination. For larger orders, we can also arrange freight shipping. Please contact us by email or phone to discuss the best option for your order.
Orders are processed within one business day. Estimated delivery times within Canada are as follows:
