Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within one business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery times within Canada:

• British Columbia: 1–2 business days

• Alberta & Central Provinces: 2–3 business days

• Eastern Canada (including Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic provinces): 4–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. During periods of high order volume, fulfillment may take longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email or phone.

Under $500 CAD	$20 CAD
$500 CAD and above	FREE

Deliveries to remote or extended areas may take additional time and could incur extra fees.

International Orders

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

For larger shipments, we can help arrange freight shipping.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Gotu Skincare Solutions is not liable for charges incurred after the package leaves our facility.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Gotu Skincare Solutions is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all original packaging and items for the claim process.
