Wholesale Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in re-sellable condition

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • You must provide the invoice or proof of purchase

Any mis-ordered items (placed in error by the customer) are eligible for return within the 30-day period. In such cases:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@gotuskin.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the items. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@gotuskin.com if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special orders

  • Hazardous or flammable goods

If you’re unsure about the eligibility of a specific item, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please submit a return request (if eligible), and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee, if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
